The king of squid

It is called the king of squid and has high quality taste. It is also known as autumn squid.

The season is generally considered to be autumn to spring,but in Tango Peninsula, the peak season is from late September to early December. In September, when it begins to catch, is palm-sized (about 100g) and grows to about 300g-500g in late autumn. Generally speaking, a reasonably small one is more softy and has a good texture and taste.
