Located in Kyoto's Ine Town, where boat houses line the shore, this seafood processing plant creates bottled treasures from the sea, crafted with local fish and in harmony with the seasons.
Focusing on exceptionally fresh local fish landed in the area, we create additive-free products utilizing fermentation and preservation techniques, delivering “flavors unique to Ine” that linger as memorable travel souvenirs.
Our signature product, , is a rich seafood paste made by slowly fermenting sardines to concentrate their umami, finished with the natural sweetness of onions. Perfect as a vegetable dip, it also pairs wonderfully with pasta, bread, sake, or wine—a jar that captures the richness of coastal living.
